What is CIC*Triple Advantage or CIC*Credit Report?
Many of our members have expressed the desire for us to use billing descriptors that people actually recognize. So guess what? We did.
In the past, your monthly membership and product charges would show up in your billing descriptor as:
CIC*Triple Advantage or CIC*Credit Report
From now on, those same charges will be seen as: Info.ExperianDirect.com
Score Tracker and Email Alerts
These alerts are an important part of your membership, they keep you informed about the status of your account.
Email Alert
Alerts are delivered if key changes are detected on your credit report. If there were no key changes on your report, you will receive a notification indicating that your report did not change in the previous month.
Your Email subject line will always be: Notification: Your Report Has Changed! If you see one of these in your inbox, open it. It will contain important information regarding your Credit Report.
Score Tracker Alert
These Alerts notify you that your Credit Score has changed. You can expect to receive these emails in the middle of each month.
